The Dangerous Fish is no more.

Those of you who helped us move will remember Atocoles*, aka the Dangerous Fish, as the blue betta who leapt out of my hand and, thankfully, into the tupperware in which I intended to move him, and knocked himself silly. He swam sideways for about two days after that.
Atocoles shuffled off this mortal coil about a week or so ago, and I forgot to post about it, I think.
Right up to the end, he was a dangerous fish, even when he spent most of his time relaxing on the bottom of his tank behind his Greek ruins.
He is the reason (sort of) that snails will henceforth be known as "squirrels" in our house.
Three or four years is not a bad run for PetsMart betta who started out in a little plastic cup.
*Don't ask me why all my bettas or "Siamese fighting fish" have Greek names. I don't know, they just do.
