How Dorky Am I?

I actually had a dream about my D&D Dark Sun game. Only I was playing a sliglhtly different character. It was quite strange.

Kitten was ludicrously cuddly this morning.

Gave co-workers the scarves I finished for them. They love them. Showed other co-worker the scarf I am making for her, she loves the yarn. So, good.

That's about it.

Back to the salt mines.

I actually wrote this last night.

Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I really don’t think screaming obscenities at 16 year old kids is ok. Particularly when the assholes doing the screaming are 40 year old men, doing it in front of their own kids. Because beer-fueled profanity is a GREAT example to set for your kids.

My greatest source of dissatisfaction.

Ok, not the greatest, but it's up there: The lack of readily available healthy snacks here. Seriously, is it so much to ask to be able to go downstairs and get a freaking fruit cup? That doesn't cost an arm and a leg and have HFCS in it?

Sigh.

Also, not healthy, but Barq's rootbeer. My soda kryptonite. I love root beer.

Walking by the leftovers from a "lunch" meeting: "Did B get her brownie... Ooo! Root Beer!"

And white cheddar popcorn.

And pears.

Mmmmmm, the pear was delicious.
