Sorry, Sistawendy, I did not mean to bite your head off last night. It's just that I am seriously anti-diet talk. It's part of Health At Every Size and Body Acceptance.

Also, in what could have been in ill-advised descent into eating disorder territory, after reading something on a workout site, I decided to find out how much granola I typically eat for breakfast. Since the recommended serving size is 2/3 of a cup, and they scoffed at the idea of anyone eating merely 2/3 of a cup of any cereal.

Wanna guess who typically eats LESS than 2/3 of a cup of granola every morning? Now, guess who typically eats LESS than half a cup of granola?

Yeah. I don't know why I let these, "You can't POSSIBLY know how much you're actually eating!" jackasses get to me, like I do. Probably because back in the hind brain part of me keeps doing the math "But you're fat, and so you must be eating WAY more than skinny people, I mean, you're fat!" Also, my last doctor was one of those. Then the data does not bear that out.

The thing I DID get from that website, however, is that I should be eating lots of smaller meals, instead of just three meals a day. So I cooked up some hard-boiled eggs as snacks and brought a pear. I have leftover mole (Mol-ay) and tortillas for lunch.

I have a big weepy post on deck about friends moving on and moving away, but I think I've been emotional enough for one post right now.
